Who You're working With

As a Colorado Native, I take pride in growing up in Colorado and the legacy of public service generations of my family have provided this amazing state. Our family has worked to build community through service. From police officers, government employees, teachers, and community leaders, we worked to provide support for all Coloradan's to thrive. Service is the core to not only E3's business model, but my personal values. I take great joy in providing services through community building, education, knowledge, and support of people and organizational development, especially with a focus on HR and equity.

I am grateful for my experience in retail prior to 2018 for an in-depth look at business operations and their essential connection to HR for a more complete organizational function, as well as my time working, learning, and soaring with experiences such as HR COVID-19 response at the state Health Department, post COVID-19 workforce shift in main state HR, and non-profit and board controlled uniqueness with organizational and people support.

Some of the impacts I'm most proud of include 

• innovating, developing, implementing and evaluating several supervisor, manager, and leader development programs
• innovating, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning & development programs for all employees, partners, community members included accreditation
• implementing and managing large HR systems such as HRIS, LMS, APS
• coaching and developing staff to leadership promotional roles
• budget increases through risk-management prevention strategies, grants, legislation, program sponsorship, etc.,
• development and implementation of executive order driven programs for workforce development initiates in apprenticeships, internships, and skills-based hiring
• Implementation of workforce data and analytics systems and programs to elevate data-driven decisions
• Building equitable and union-sponsored employment structures including compensation, career development, and policy structure

I have worked in HR for over a decade in for-profit, non-profit, and government industries and held all levels of positions giving me insight and access to a multitude of industry HR practices and people development processes. In addition to this experience, I am educationally privileged and hold a dual Master's in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management. I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology and hold many certifications including SHRM-SCP, Gallup Strengths Coach, Langevin Instructional Designer.

I would like to continue providing services to all organizations by sharing my knowledge and experience with businesses and organizations looking to move their organization forward with a focus on equity, people, and organizational development.  My goal is to understand each organization's needs, provide well-researched and data-driven recommendations and support, and assist in creating your team's ability to sustain the growth through community, partnership, and sharing of knowledge.
